Luis ha
desarrollado sus habilidades como pajarero en la cuenca del Río Tejuelo en
Usme, al suroeste de Bogotá desde 2019, y se ha convertido en uno de los guías
bilingües de soporte local de Mutar, para tour operadoras nacionales e
internacionales una vez viendo aves en el páramo de Sumapaz. Lo que le ha dado
la oportunidad de conocer otros hotspots de Bogotá Región guiando pajareros y
fotógrafos de aves.
